1- The lessee agrees to maintain the houseboat with the care of a reasonable and prudent person. Any damage to the houseboat's furniture shall be the responsibility of the lessee, who must promptly inform the company of any malfunction or damage to the ship, its structure, or any of its equipment.

2- The lessee must adhere to the customs, traditions, laws, and regulations of the country and refrain from using the houseboat for immoral purposes or causing disturbance to others.

3- The reservation remains valid for the boat even if the lessee does not show up on the day of the trip. The lessee has no right to claim a refund if they fail to attend. The lessee must inform the company in case of inability to attend the trip or if they wish to reschedule before the scheduled date.

4- Any damage caused by the lessee or any member of the trip due to their actions is the sole responsibility of the lessee. This includes damage to their own person or any other individual. The lessor is not liable for any errors or actions committed by the lessee or any members of the trip.

5- When renting water sports equipment (such as water slides, banana boats, jet skis, etc.), the lessee must ensure that life jackets are worn by all age groups for safety purposes. The company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with this provision, including accidents, injuries, or death. The lessee cannot hold the company legally accountable for such incidents, as it would be considered a breach of the terms and conditions.

6- In the case of renting jet skis or jet boats, the second party is responsible for any damage, scratches, or misuse, as assessed by the company.

7- The lessee must pay a security deposit determined by the company in the event of any damage to the houseboat due to the lessee's fault, which will be refunded after the end of the stay.

8- It is strictly prohibited to bring any event coordination company to prepare or coordinate events on the houseboat. Event coordination is exclusively provided by our company. The lessee must inform the company if they wish to bring any event coordination company for approval.

9- In some cases, the company may need to transport lessees to the houseboat using fast boats within the sea. The lessee will be informed if this is necessary.

10- The lessee will be fined QAR 1000 if there is a smell of smoke or shisha inside the houseboat. Smoking is only allowed in open areas.

11- The company is not obligated to provide a lifeguard during the trip. If a lifeguard is requested, the lessee is responsible for the cost of providing one.

12- The company is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings inside the houseboat.

13- If the lessee wishes to cancel their reservation, they must notify the company at least seven days in advance of the reservation date, or the reservation will be considered void. The lessee can also choose to reschedule the trip.

14- The company is not responsible for any external disturbances (other boats, jet skis). In case of harassment, the lessee should contact the coastal security administration.

15- The lessee is not allowed to bring any external boats, jet skis, or similar equipment without the company's knowledge. If such actions are proven, the trip will be canceled immediately.

16- If guests are to join the lessee during the stay, they must be exclusively transported by the company, and it is not permitted to transport guests to or from the houseboat independently. Any violation will result in immediate trip cancellation and additional charges for the service.

17- The company reserves the right to assess and deduct damages from the security deposit if any damage is proven to occur to the boat or its facilities.

18- The company may reschedule the booking date for reasons beyond its control, such as technical issues with the boat, weather warnings, or emergency boat malfunctions. The trip will be rescheduled to another date, or the lessee can choose to receive a refund within a maximum of 15 days.
