Do you have Jet Ski’s?

We do offer Jet Ski's, from add on list for more information please speak to your charter representative to book. Note we do not permit 3rd party Jet Ski's during our charters.

Do you have Towels onboard?

Yes

Its allowed to cooking on board?

Can we wear shoes onboard?

For the safety of our guests and to keep the House Boat in pristine condition we require all guests to remove their footwear when boarding.

Can we Fish?

Unfortunately our expertise are with yachting and not that of deep sea fishing, our vessels are also more suited for cruising near the coastline not deep sea fishing.

Can we swim?

Swimming is permitted during daylight hours only. Cut offs are typically during the Summer months at 7.00pm and winter months at 5.00pm.

Can I play Music on the House boat?

Yes. Each yacht is equipped with a sound system. We do not have our own music to play, so please bring your own

Do you have female Captain and Crew?

Can you supply food and drink for my charter?

Soft drinks and water are complimentary when chartering with SEA PLUS. We have catering Menus available upon request at a supplement. Note we do not allow guest to bring own bbq meat. Please discuss your catering and dietary requirements with your MME team during the booking process.

Will I be reminded before my charter?

Yes, our team will contact you by WhatsApp the evening before the charter clarifying the time and criteria of your charter.

Are babies allowed on the yachts?

Yes, minors under 2 yrs are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.

Can I bring my Pets on board?

No.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter and make the operations team aware when you arrive.

Will anyone meet us?

Please make your way to the valet parking , outside our team, we will escort you to the vessel.

Can I set up decorations?

Decorations it’s not allowed from outside , you can add on from list we have many package and a decorations teams , its allowed to have a flower bouquet and a cake and maximum 20 balloons only without any decoration

Can I extend my charter on the day?

You may extend your charter IF we are in a position where there is availability following your charter. We advise this is pre discussed as a possibility with our team. Payment for the extension will be deduct from the insurance amount

There’s insurance amount?

YES, 1500 QAR cash before the trip and will be back to you after trip

What will we see?

Your Charter will commence from The pearl island marina to Al Safliya Island from 20 to 40 min you will see the west bay tower and katara we will rest the vessel for you and your guests to anchor in the sheltered waters and relax ,the checkout will be to The pearl marina same place of check in

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

YES, and you can order from us

Can we change the course of the boat ?

No,

What if weather is bad on the day?

The Coast Guard inform our office if a weather warning has been issued. In this instance you will be notified immediately and have Reschedule the charter for a later date.

Is there ice on board?

Yes. All vessels will come with adequate ice, water, soft drinks

Do you have plates, cutlery and glasses on board?

We will supply ample glasswater on all our charters. If you have chosen Catering our caterers will supply all the plates and cutlery needed. If no catering is ordered then no cutlery will be supplied. Please note Catering from out side is not permitted., only take a way its allowed.

Is there a BBQ on board?

If you have ordered your bbq package then we will provide a bbq grill . If you have not ordered then no bbq will be allowed to be used.you can add on from your add on list
